We’ll be doing final for the big day and organizing key materials to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to contribute behind the scenes and support the success of the event.

Tasks may include:

• General logistics and coordination

• Organizing supplies and materials

• Vendor and activity area preparation

• Site setup (tents, tables, signage)

No experience needed—just come ready to help.
